It applies to all users, including Customers who subscribe to services and Sellers who list services on our marketplace. By using the Platform you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• Account information — name, email address, and authentication identifiers. When you sign in through a third-party identity provider (Google, GitHub, Microsoft), we receive your verified email and basic profile from that provider.

• Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

• Sellers — when you subscribe to or use a Seller's service, the Seller receives the operational data necessary to provide that service (for example, the requests you route to it). Sellers act as independent controllers for the data they receive.
• Service providers / sub-processors — infrastructure, payment, email delivery, and analytics vendors that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of UnitySVC, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Marketplace Data Flows

Because UnitySVC is a marketplace, some data necessarily moves between parties:

• Customer request data routed through the gateway to a Seller's service is delivered to that Seller to fulfil the request. Content you submit to a service is governed by that service's own acceptable-use and privacy terms.
• Sellers receive aggregated and per-service usage metrics needed for billing, support, and service health.
• We retain request metadata (such as timestamps, status, and usage counts) for billing, observability, and abuse prevention, separate from request content.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and secure the Platform. We may use limited analytics to understand and improve usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect Platform functionality.
