How do I get started?

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose paid-for capacity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept major credit cards, processed securely via Stripe. More payment options are on the way.

What happens when I exceed my included quota?

Routing objects (aliases, groups, broadcasts, chains) are free — plans differ only in how many you can create, governed by a single combined cap. On other metered resources (logging, data transfer) we bill overage at the per-unit rate listed in your plan. We notify you when you cross 80% of any hard cap.

Can I add seats mid-cycle?

Team subscribers can add seats at any time from Team → Manage. The new seat is prorated to the end of the current cycle.
