What happens when I exceed my quota?
Routing objects are free; plans differ only in how many you can create. Other metered resources bill at your plan's per-unit rate, and we notify you at 80% of any cap.
Do you mark up usage?
Never. You pay the seller's published rate — per token, unit, or request. We earn as a platform, not a middleman.
Can I add seats mid-cycle?
Team subscribers can add seats anytime from Team → Manage. New seats are prorated to the end of the current cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
